No, contrary to our former name, Eastern Temporaries, a large majority of our positions are contract to hire as well as direct hire. While we do offer temporary and contract positions, many of our clients are looking for long-term team members to join their organizations.

Our contract to hire positions are designed to provide a trial period for both the employee and the employer. This allows our clients to assess the candidate’s skills and fit within the company culture, while also giving the candidate the opportunity to determine if the role is a good fit for them. Many of our contract to hire positions convert to permanent employment after a specified period, typically ranging from 3-6 months.
Direct Hire Positions
We also offer direct hire positions, where our clients are looking to bring on a new team member immediately. These positions are often for critical roles within the organization, and our clients are looking for the best candidate to fill the position.
