Long term to permanent work. This offers the company and candidate the chance to evaluate the opportunity before a permanent commitment is made.  The company has the flexibility to test and retain top talent and has the ability to make changes accordingly if the candidate meets performance expectations and or skill levels. Candidates are given the opportunity to demonstrate skills, personality and quality as well as decide if it is the best fit for them.
