These positions are usually more specific (e.g., software engineer, sales manager, or cost accountant) and require a higher entry-level skill (e.g., Mid to senior level,  requiring a minimum of 5-10 years of experience.)

The real question is the difference between staffing and recruiting and who will be holding the candidate on their payroll. Recruiting refers to helping a client company find, screen, and hire candidates for the client company’s open position. Recruiting is full time employment. Simply put, staffing is contract and contract to hire. Recruiting is direct hire.
