How to Access Your W-2
April 15th, tax day, comes up quickly. Most of us want to be prepared and have our taxes filed well before this. Like most employers, Eastern Staffing & Recruiting provides our employees with thousands of W-2s. With our software, we no longer have to print and mail these W-2s. Eastern Staffing employees have direct access to W-2s directly from our “Employee Login” tab on the top right-hand corner of our website’s home page. You will be able to view, download, and print your W-2.
Steps to Access Your W-2
- Go to the Eastern Staffing & Recruiting Website:
- Login to Eastern Staffing & Recruiting – Applicant Tracking Software – Avionte:
- Your email will be the one you signed up with Eastern Staffing & Recruiting, and if you have direct deposit, this is the same email you receive your weekly pay stubs.
- You will be redirected to the Avionte login page. If you do not remember the email or password you used, click the “Forgot Password” link below the login field.
- The Avionte portal will email you a temporary password, which will allow you to log into the employee portal.
- Access Your W-2:
- Once you’re logged into the “Employee Login” page, you will see the My Dashboard, Timesheets, Profile, and Pay History tabs at the top. Click on the “Pay History” tab.
- In the Pay History section, click on the “Taxes” tab. This will open a page with the previous year’s W-2, which you will be able to download and print.
Common Issues and Solutions
If you don’t see last year’s W-2, it could be for the following reasons:
- W-2s Haven’t Been Issued Yet:
- Each year, Eastern Staffing & Recruiting will release all W-2s by January 31st. Ensure you check after this date.
- You Didn’t Work for Eastern During the Last Calendar Year:
- If you didn’t work for Eastern Staffing & Recruiting during the last calendar year, you won’t receive a W-2 from us for that year.
